Christmas Giving

This Christmas the Parish of St Helier has once again launched its Christmas Giving donation boxes. If you would like to make a donation of non-perishable food or a toy for Brightly (children/ young people) there will be a Christmas wrapped donations box located at Customer Services in the Town Hall, Westmount Day Nursery and the St Helier Depot.

The chosen charities this year are the Salvation Army, St Vincent de Paul Society and Brightly

The deadline for donations is Tuesday 19th December with the hampers being distributed to the charities on Wednesday 20 December. 

Suggested donations include:

  • Cereal
  • Soup
  • Pasta
  • Rice
  • Tinned tomatoes/ pasta sauce
  • Lentils, beans and pulses
  • Tinned meat
  • Tinned vegetables
  • Tea/coffee
  • Tinned fruit
  • Biscuits
  • UHT milk
  • Fruit juice
