Rates 2026

All rate Demands for 2026 have now been sent. If you owned or occupied a property in St Helier on 1st January 2026 you should have received one.

If you have not, and believe you should have, please email us at [email protected] or call us on 811733, so we can ensure we have the correct details.

If you pay your Parish Rates by Standing Order, or by Direct Debit, please check that your payment amount(s) are sufficient to cover your total Rate Demand before any surcharge is applied. As Standing Orders are managed by the account holder, it is your responsibility to amend the payment amount if necessary.
