Subject Access Requests

The Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 provides individuals with rights over their personal data. The law provides you with a right to access personal data which is processed about you by a controller, such as the Parish of St Helier.

Freedom of information requests

The Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 gives you the right, from 1 September 2015, to obtain information held by a Parish.
