Advanced notice of Seale Street closure

Due to essential resurfacing works being undertaken on Seale Street, the Parish of St Helier is required to close Seale Street from Wednesday 6 March until Thursday 14 March.

Pedestrian access will be maintained, and a diversion route will be signposted for access to York Street and the Parade. The diversion route is suitable for standard vehicles, however HGV’s will not be able to use this route.

If your business requires deliveries by HGV onto York Street or the Parade, these will need to be scheduled to be delivered via Broad Street before 11am during the permitted times of access.

The contractors for the works will be:

Wednesday 6 March to Saturday 9 March 2024 – Government Drainage – 445509

Monday 11 March to Thursday 14 March 2024 – Pallot Tarmac – Bernard 07829834166

Access to private parking areas on Seale Street will be possible outside of the working hours of 07:30 am to 16:00pm daily.

Refuse collections will continue as normal.

Details of the diversion can be found here.
