Parish of St Helier Charity Roadshow

The Constable and the Parish of St. Helier are pleased to invite you to attend our Charity Roadshows, which will take place in the Assembly Room at the Town Hall 9.30 – 4.30 on Thursday 8 October and Thursday 15 October 2026

These roadshows provide an excellent opportunity to learn more about the wide range of charities and voluntary organisations that support individuals, families, and communities across Jersey. Each participating charity will deliver a 15-minute presentation, outlining:

– The services and support they provide.

– The individuals and groups they work with.

– Any grants, financial assistance, or funding opportunities available.

– How to access their services, including referral pathways.

– Other key information that may be of benefit to elected representatives and the communities they serve.

Each presentation will be followed by a five-minute question-and-answer session, providing attendees with the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of each organisation and its work.

The roadshows will feature a diverse range of charities, offering broad representation from across the charitable and voluntary sector. They are particularly valuable for newly elected representatives, although all elected members are warmly encouraged to attend. The knowledge gained will help strengthen working relationships between elected representatives and the charitable sector, enabling more informed signposting and support for parishioners and islanders alike.
