Tea-rific support for the Royal British Legion – Gallery

The Parish Hall was filled with conversation, laughter and community spirit this week as 120 Parishioners came together for a special Afternoon Tea in aid of the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal.
Guests enjoyed an afternoon of tea, treats and companionship on Thursday 5 November, while helping to raise funds for a cause that remains close to the hearts of many Islanders.
As well as the dazzling music, a particular highlight of the event was a fantastic raffle featuring an incredible 21 prizes, generously donated by local businesses and organisations.
The Parish would like to extend its sincere thanks to all of those who contributed prizes and helped make the afternoon such a success:
- Vapes Jersey
- D&G Barber Shop
- Rosies Tea Room
- Atlantic Security
- Framing Workshop
- Stott & Willgrass
- Bean Around The World
- Maison de la Normandie et de la Manche
- Romerils
- Highlands College
- Bella Italia
- Sister 2 Sister
- De Gruchy’s
- Voisin
- Layzell & Co
Their generosity helped create a memorable event while supporting an important charitable cause.
Thank you to everyone who attended, donated and supported the event. The Parish is delighted that all 120 places were taken and is grateful for the continued generosity shown by our community in support of the Royal British Legion and the Poppy Appeal.
