St Helier welcomes new Chief Executive Officer

The Constable of St Helier, Simon Crowcroft, has appointed Andrew Sugden as Chief Executive Officer of the Parish of St Helier. Mr Sugden, previously Director of Operations for the Parish, took over the position from Jason Turner on 19th December. Mr Turner has returned to the UK to be closer to his family.

Having joined the Parish in September 2020, Mr Sugden has senior leadership experience in both the public and private sectors, and is looking forward to supporting the Constable and parishioners, and building on the good work done before him.
