3-day Christmas Light Festival heading to St Helier

The Christmas Light Switch On is back for 2025, featuring three nights of Christmas magic, with something to suit everyone.  

Thursday 13 November – Tiny-Tots-Switch-On – 4-6pm 

Suitable for younger children, a mini-switch-on will take place at Parade Gardens featuring a family sing-along show and mini firework display. Enjoy a Christmas Village, food, drink, and live entertainment.  

Friday 14 November – Magical, sensory-friendly-switch-on – 3.45-4.45pm 

Experience the magic of the Christmas Light Switch On at Parade Gardens without the flashing lights, loud noises, and crowds. To help us maintain a calm atmosphere, we kindly ask that only families who would benefit from this quieter experience attend this session. 

Friday 14 November – Christmas Light Switch-On and Parade – 5-9pm 

The main event returns to Parade Gardens on a Friday for 2025. Enjoy a Christmas Village, food, drink, and live entertainment at Parade Gardens from 5pm. There will also be live entertainment at West’s Centre as you wait for Santa’s Parade to arrive.  

The Parade will leave West’s Centre around 7pm, heading down the High Street, turning at Charing Cross to pass in front of the Town Hall, and ending at Parade Gardens for the ultimate Christmas Light Switch On and firework display around 8pm.  

Saturday 15 November – Battle of Flowers Christmas Parade – 1-8pm 

Head to Parade Gardens from 1pm to enjoy the magic of the Christmas Lights with a Christmas Village, food, drink, and live entertainment. The Battle of Flowers Christmas Parade will begin at 6pm.
